Robert Kitley BSc(Hons) ACA – Director
Robert has been operating as a senior manager/director in the Maritime industry since 2011. A UK citizen (from London), he is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive financial stewardship and general management experience of multiple markets/industries and jurisdictions through international exposure working in Europe, the Middle East, the US and Canada. He has specific expertise and know how in areas of Investor relations & fund raising, M&As & Joint Ventures, Project Management and Leadership of organisations in excess of 1000 employees.

 Urša Kralj. B.Sc. Eng – Financial Controller

 Ursa is a Slovenian citizen whose career and experience in Maritime industry began in 1999, sailing on RO-RO/pax ships. During her sailing years, she attended and completed studies at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies, and Transport, achieving a degree in Engineering.

In 2009, she joined the management company of a shipping group, a predecessor of Pulchra Mare d.o.o. as a member of the in-house office team. Initially working in HR & Administration, she was later promoted to finance manager, then financial controller and now Head of Finance & Administration for the company. In recent years she has participated in the restructuring of the company, its business development and organisation.
