Financial & Accounting Management
Pulchra Mare’s accounting function based in its Koper office can perform all functions relating to the financial management & reporting requirements for client’s vessel(s) in terms of individual voyage accounting, collection & accounting for freight & passengers (on board sales), charter hire settlements, supplier payments & crew wage settlements together with entity accounting/reporting based upon the ownership structure of the client.
The management team have extensive experience & know how in dealing with on shore and off shore corporate reporting structures as well as the management of different tax regimes and third party banking requirements.
The Accounting function works closely with the Crewing, Purchasing and Technical functions on a daily basis allowing for the smooth integration and implementation of financial budgetary functions leading to sophisticated cost management processes and reporting to differing levels of detail as required by the client.
