Pulchra Mare’s crewing pool consists of experienced and skilled seafarers predominantly from Slovenia and Croatia. In addition, Pulchra Mare recruits crew from Serbia, Montenegro and Morocco and from outside Europe e.g. The Philippines, as required by the client.

The recruitment and retention of high calibre crew (both officers and ratings) is essential as stated to the strategy of Pulchra Mare and as such the company undertakes a thorough and professional selection process together with crew evaluation tools once a crew member is recruited which is integrated into the company’s ongoing testing and training programs.
