For Pulchra Mare, the safety & security of passengers, crew, cargo and the vessel(s) is paramount as part of the Company’s strategy and for the management team’s objective to create the correct cultural platform for all employees & stakeholders as we build the ongoing reputation of the business.

As ISM/ISPS managers we have a well-established team with long term experience of implementing, inspecting and managing safety and security processes aboard ships with proven protocols to ensure the smooth communication of these processes between ship, shore and the office.

Our ISM/ISPS Department is headed by our highly skilled and qualified DPA & CSO (“Designated Person Ashore”) & “(Company Security Officer)”, Mr. Goran Zaic and experienced Deputy DPA, Mr Agar Gorecan. The team provides 24-hours monitoring of ships and their crews as well as undertake regular visits to the ships for reviews & internal audits together with maintaining excellent relationships on behalf of owners with the relevant Flag administrations, Port State Control and Classifications Societies while dealing on an ad hoc basis with these organisations as necessary in a highly professional and effective manner to obtain the best possible results for the client.
